If you do not accept these terms, do not use this booking engine. By using any part of the booking engine, you shall be deemed to have accepted this legal notice in full. Stop using this booking engine immediately if you do not accept and agree to be bound by the terms of use.

This booking engine is powered by trippy.gr and allows you to use trippy.gr to book transfer services or other activities. By accepting the Terms of Use and/or using any part of this booking engine, you agree to conduct your use of this booking engine and the technology supporting it and provided on this booking engine in accordance with the Terms of Use and that the Terms of Use are an agreement between trippy.gr and you.

trippy.gr may revise this legal notice at any time by updating this posting. You should check the booking engine from time to time to review the then current legal notice, because it is binding on you. Certain provisions of this legal notice may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at the booking engine.

2. Terms and Conditions

The use of the website www.trippy.gr and the services which offered, follow the below Terms of Use. With the purchase or reservation of any service which offered by the website www.trippy.gr, the user automatically accepts the Terms and Conditions.

3. Offerings

www.trippy.gr facilitates bookings for transfer services or other activities.

While www.trippy.gr endeavors to ensure that the booking engine is normally available 24 hours a day, www.trippy.gr shall not be liable if for any reason the booking engine is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the booking engine may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond www.trippy.gr control.

4. Booking Conditions

Please read the following conditions which apply to reservations/bookings made by you through this booking engine. www.trippy.gr has chosen this model of business payment, when making a booking:

At time of booking, you can choose between two payment methods.

1. Pay now with credit card. You will be asked to provide a credit card number to pay the total amount of your booking at that time in a secure bank website.
2. Pay with credit card. You will be asked to provide a credit card number to secure the booking. ​This card will be used to cover any subsequent Cancellation Fee if you cancel your booking. (See 6.Cancellation Policy). If you do not cancel your booking, your card will not be charged at all and you will pay with cash the total amount of your booking to the activity supplier on arrival.

At all times you are responsible for payment of any additional services/costs requested by you and you are responsible for any other service charges applied by said to the activity supplier. You must use a credit card such as Visa, or Master card tο make a booking through this booking engine. Please note that not all activity suppliers will accept debit cards or alternative payment types. Any data transferred to a payment processer is transferred through an encrypted secure server.

www.trippy.gr does not guarantee said alterations can be processed. However every effort will be made to meet with a favorable outcome.

5. Pricing

www.trippy.gr makes every effort to ensure that prices quoted at the time a booking is made on this booking engine are accurate in all material respects. None the less www.trippy.gr reserves the right to amend the price quoted at the time a booking is made in the event of a manifest or patent error in the price quoted. www.trippy.gr will endeavor to notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable in the event that a price quoted at the time of booking is incorrect. In the event of a change of price quoted at the time of booking the customer may elect to pay the amended price or alternatively the customer will be entitled to a refund of all sums paid. www.trippy.gr cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between the price displayed by www.trippy.gr and the amount charged by your credit card company due to the rate of exchange used.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking, the only accepted method is through the www.trippy.gr Website.

In the event that you cancel or amend a credit/debit card booking www.trippy.gr will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by you as are sult of a change in monetary exchange rates between the time of your original booking and its subsequent cancellation or amendment (as applicable). No cancellation is permitted after the date and time that the booking is due to commence.

In case of cancellations more than or up to 10 days prior the booked service date a full refund shall be given. In case of cancellations of less than 10 days in advance but more than or up to 5 days prior the booked service date 30% of the total cost will be charged and in case of cancellation less than 5 days prior to the booked service date 80% of the total amount will be charged. In case of a customer no-show the full amount of the service will be charged.

If the service is being cancelled due to bad weather conditions or other conditions, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card according to EU rules that apply, unless you wishe to reschedule.

Complaints are accepted in writing only and must be sent at info@trippy.gr.

7. Information - Copyright

All of the information with in this booking engine including but not exclusive to, content, text, graphics, images, trade names, structure, photographs, buttons, artwork, computer code are protected by copyright, various intellectual property laws and laws under law and international treaties and is only available to you for personal purposes. Unless you have received written consent from www.trippy.gr to the contrary, you may only use the booking engine and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not have permission to modify copy, distribute, collate, transfer, reproduce or display any of the above for personal or business use. In particular, by proceeding to access this booking engine, you agree:

Not to use the booking engine to make any speculative or false reservation;

Not to use the booking engine to research suppliers or suppliers pricing;

Not to reproduce material from this booking engine (Website’s) for commercial purposes.

This booking engine is made available to users as it is and www.trippy.gr makes no warranties or representations that (i) this booking engine or the technology (servers etc.) making it available and supporting it will be without fault or defects or (ii) the information posted on this booking engine is free from infection by viruses or anything else with contaminating or destructive properties. www.trippy.gr accepts no liability for any infection or effects from harmful applications such as, but not limited to, viruses, Trojans, tampering, fraud or theft, error, technical failure, omissions, delay, unauthorised access or any event which corrupts the acceptable administration, communication and integrity of this booking engine.

Our failure to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the Terms of Use shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them.

8. Modification of the Terms of Use

www.trippy.gr reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and the contents of this booking engine for any reason and without prior notice and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. This right shall not affect the Terms of Use accepted by you, the user, upon making a legitimate booking or purchase using this booking engine. You should check these Terms of Use for any changes each time you access the booking engine.

9. General Terms and Conditions

By using this booking engine you confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this booking engine and create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this booking engine. In using this booking engine you understand that you are responsible, financially and otherwise, for all uses of this booking engine by you and those using your login information. www.trippy.gr recommends you protect your login information.

As a condition of your use of this booking engine, you under take to www.trippy.gr that you will not use this booking engine for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by or contrary to the Terms of Use.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Greece. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection to this Agreement, including but not limited to the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled in the courts of Greece, Athens. The language to be used in the proceedings shall be English. Use of this booking engine is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Terms of Use including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no relationship, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and www.trippy.gr as a result of the Terms of Use or your use of this booking engine. Our performance of the Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement shall prevent www.trippy.gr complying with any law enforcement or governmental authorities requests or requirements relating to your use of this booking engine or information provided to or gathered by www.trippy.gr with respect to such use and www.trippy.gr shall have no liability in respect of such compliance. Although www.trippy.gr cannot monitor the conduct of its user’s offsite, it is a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from this booking engine in order to harass, abuse or harm other persons, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any user or person without their prior express consent.

Αφιερώστε λίγο χρόνο για να διαβάσετε τους παρόντες Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις Χρήσης («Όροι Χρήσης»), χρησιμοποιώντας τη μηχανή κράτησης που δηλώνετε ότι αποδέχεστε τους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης. Εάν δεν αποδέχεστε αυτούς τους όρους, μην χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτήν τη μηχανή κράτησης. Αυτή η μηχανή κράτησης παρέχεται από το trippy.gr και σας επιτρέπει να την  χρησιμοποιήσετε για να κάνετε κράτηση για υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς ή άλλες δραστηριότητες. Αποδέχεστε τους Όρους Χρήσης εάν χρησιμοποιήσετε οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης. Οι Όροι Χρήσης είναι μια συμφωνία μεταξύ του trippy.gr και εσάς.

Το trippy.gr μπορεί να αναθεωρήσει τους Όρους Χρήσης ανά πάσα στιγμή ενημερώνοντας αυτή την ανάρτηση. Θα πρέπει να ελέγχετε κατά περιόδους την μηχανή κρατήσεων για να εξετάσετε την τότε ισχύουσα νομική ειδοποίηση, επειδή είναι δεσμευτική για εσάς. Ορισμένες διατάξεις αυτής της νομικής ανακοίνωσης μπορούν να αντικατασταθούν από ρητά καθορισμένες νομικές ειδοποιήσεις ή όρους που βρίσκονται σε συγκεκριμένες σελίδες της μηχανής κράτησης.

2. Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις

Η χρήση της ιστοσελίδας www.trippy.gr και των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρονται ακολουθούν τους παρακάτω Όρους Χρήσης. Με την αγορά ή την κράτηση οποιασδήποτε υπηρεσίας που προσφέρεται από την ιστοσελίδα www.trippy.gr, ο χρήστης αποδέχεται αυτόματα τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις.

3. Προσφορές
Το www.trippy.gr διευκολύνει τις κρατήσεις για υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς ή άλλες δραστηριότητες. Ενώ το www.trippy.gr προσπαθεί να εξασφαλίσει ότι η μηχανή κρατήσεων είναι κανονικά διαθέσιμη 24 ώρες την ημέρα, το www.trippy.gr δεν φέρει ευθύνη εάν για οποιονδήποτε λόγο η μηχανή κρατήσεων δεν είναι διαθέσιμη ανά πάσα στιγμή ή για οποιαδήποτε περίοδο. Η πρόσβαση στη μηχανή κράτησης μπορεί να διακοπεί προσωρινά και χωρίς προειδοποίηση σε περίπτωση βλάβης, συντήρησης ή επισκευής του συστήματος ή για λόγους που δεν εμπίπτουν στον έλεγχο www.trippy.gr.

4. Όροι κράτησης
Διαβάστε τις ακόλουθες προϋποθέσεις που ισχύουν για κρατήσεις που πραγματοποιήσατε μέσω αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης.

Για την ολοκλήρωση της κράτησής σας, μπορείτε να επιλέξετε ανάμεσα σε δύο μεθόδους πληρωμής.

1. Pay now with credit card. Θα σας ζητηθεί να πληρώσετε το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησής σας, μέσω πιστωτικής ή χρεωστικής κάρτας, σε ασφαλές περιβάλλον της τράπεζας Eurobank. 
2. Pay with credit card. Θα σας ζητηθεί να καταχωρήσετε, τα στοιχεία της πιστωτικής σας κάρτας. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση η κάρτα σας δεν θα χρεωθεί κανένα ποσό, παρά μόνον εάν ακυρώσετε την κράτησή σας, και σύμφωνα με την «Πολιτική Ακυρώσεων» του Trippy.gr, το ανάλογο ποσό. Το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησής σας θα το πληρώσετε με μετρητά στον πάροχο, την στιγμή που θα ξεκινήσει η παροχή της υπηρεσίας.

Πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσετε μια πιστωτική κάρτα όπως Visa ή Master Card για να κάνετε κράτηση μέσω αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης. Λάβετε υπόψη ότι δεν δέχονται όλοι οι προμηθευτές δραστηριότητας, χρεωστικές κάρτες. Αν χρειαστεί να κάνετε αλλαγές στην κράτησή σας, πρέπει να επισκευθείτε την παρακάτω σελίδα https://trippy.travelotopos.com/manage_reservation ή μέσω του (info@trippy.gr) με το www.trippy.gr, ενημερώνοντας για τις ακριβείς λεπτομέρειες αυτής της αλλαγής. Το www.trippy.gr δεν εγγυάται ότι οι μεταβολές αυτές μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν. Ωστόσο, θα καταβληθεί κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για να επιτευχθεί το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα.

5. Τιμολόγηση

Το www.trippy.gr καταβάλλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για να διασφαλίσει ότι οι τιμές που αναφέρονται κατά την πραγματοποίηση της κράτησης σε αυτή τη μηχανή κρατήσεων είναι ακριβείς από κάθε ουσιώδη άποψη. Παρόλα αυτά, το www.trippy.gr διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει την τιμή που αναφέρεται κατά τη στιγμή της κράτησης σε περίπτωση σφάλματος στην αναγραφόμενη τιμή. Το www.trippy.gr θα προσπαθήσει να ειδοποιήσει τον πελάτη το συντομότερο δυνατό, σε περίπτωση που μια τιμή που αναφέρεται κατά την κράτηση είναι λανθασμένη. Σε περίπτωση μεταβολής της τιμής που αναφέρεται κατά την κράτηση, ο πελάτης μπορεί να επιλέξει να πληρώσει την τροποποιημένη τιμή ή εναλλακτικά ο πελάτης θα δικαιούται επιστροφή όλων των καταβληθέντων ποσών. Το www.trippy.gr δεν μπορεί να θεωρηθεί υπεύθυνο για τυχόν διαφορά μεταξύ της τιμής που εμφανίζεται από το www.trippy.gr και του ποσού που χρεώνει η εταιρεία της πιστωτικής σας κάρτας λόγω της χρησιμοποιούμενης συναλλαγματικής ισοτιμίας.

6. Όροι Ακύρωσης

Εάν επιθυμείτε να ακυρώσετε μια κράτηση, η μόνη αποδεκτή μέθοδος είναι μέσω της ιστοσελίδας www.trippy.gr.
Σε περίπτωση που ακυρώσετε ή τροποποιήσετε μια κράτηση πιστωτικής / χρεωστικής κάρτας, το www.trippy.gr δεν θα ευθύνεται για οποιεσδήποτε νομισματικές ζημίες που υποστείτε από εσάς ως αποτέλεσμα μεταβολής των νομισματικών ισοτιμιών μεταξύ της αρχικής σας κράτησης και της επόμενης Ακύρωση ή τροποποίηση (κατά περίπτωση). Καμία ακύρωση δεν επιτρέπεται μετά την ημερομηνία και την ώρα που θα αρχίσει η υπηρεσία.
Σε περίπτωση ακυρώσεων άνω των 10 ημερών πριν την προγραμματισμένη ημερομηνία υπηρεσίας, θα δοθεί πλήρης επιστροφή χρημάτων. Σε περίπτωση ακυρώσεων μικρότερων των 10 ημερών εκ των προτέρων αλλά μέχρι και 5 ημέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία κράτησης, θα χρεωθεί το 30% του συνολικού κόστους και σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης λιγότερο από 5 ημέρες πριν από την ημερομηνία κράτησης της υπηρεσίας 80% Του συνολικού ποσού θα χρεωθεί.

Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης του πελάτη θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό της υπηρεσίας.
Αν η υπηρεσία ακυρωθεί λόγω κακών καιρικών συνθηκών ή άλλων όρων, το πλήρες ποσό θα επιστραφεί στην πιστωτική σας κάρτα σύμφωνα με τους ισχύοντες κανόνες της ΕΕ, εκτός αν θέλετε να αναπρογραμματίσετε.
Οι καταγγελίες γίνονται αποδεκτές μόνο γραπτώς και πρέπει να αποστέλλονται στο info@trippy.gr.

7. Πληροφορίες - Πνευματικά δικαιώματα

Όλες οι πληροφορίες που περιέχονται σε αυτήν τη μηχανή κράτησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένων, αλλά όχι αποκλειστικών, του περιεχομένου, του κειμένου, των γραφικών, των εικόνων, των εμπορικών ονομάτων, της δομής, των φωτογραφιών, των κουμπιών, των έργων τέχνης, Διεθνείς συνθήκες και διατίθεται μόνο σε εσάς για προσωπικούς σκοπούς. Εάν δεν έχετε λάβει γραπτή συγκατάθεση από το www.trippy.gr για το αντίθετο, μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε μόνο τη μηχανή κρατήσεων και το περιεχόμενό της για προσωπικούς, μη εμπορικούς σκοπούς. Δεν έχετε δικαίωμα τροποποίησης της αντιγραφής, διανομής, ταξινόμησης, μεταφοράς, αναπαραγωγής ή εμφάνισης οποιωνδήποτε από τα παραπάνω για προσωπική ή επαγγελματική χρήση. Ειδικότερα, προβαίνοντας σε πρόσβαση σε αυτήν τη μηχανή κράτησης, συμφωνείτε:

Μην χρησιμοποιήσετε τη μηχανή κρατήσεων για να κάνετε οποιαδήποτε κερδοσκοπική ή ψευδή κράτηση.

Μην χρησιμοποιήσετε τη μηχανή κράτησης για την έρευνα των προμηθευτών ή των τιμών των προμηθευτών.

Μην αναπαράγετε υλικό από αυτή τη μηχανή κρατήσεων (Ιστοσελίδων) για εμπορικούς σκοπούς.

Αυτή η μηχανή κρατήσεων είναι διαθέσιμη στους χρήστες όπως είναι και το www.trippy.gr δεν παρέχει καμία εγγύηση ή παράσταση ότι (i) η μηχανή κράτησης ή η τεχνολογία (servers κ.λπ.) που την καθιστούν διαθέσιμη και την υποστηρίζει δεν θα είναι λάθος ή ελαττώματα ή (Ii) οι πληροφορίες που δημοσιεύονται σε αυτή τη μηχανή κρατήσεων είναι απαλλαγμένες από ιούς ή άλλες καταστρεπτικές ιδιότητες. Το www.trippy.gr δεν αποδέχεται καμία ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε μόλυνση ή επιπτώσεις από επιβλαβείς εφαρμογές όπως, ιούς, trojans, παραβίαση, απάτη ή κλοπή, σφάλμα, τεχνική αποτυχία, παραλείψεις, καθυστέρηση, μη εξουσιοδοτημένη πρόσβαση ή οποιοδήποτε γεγονός που διαστρεβλώνει την αποδεκτή διαχείριση, την επικοινωνία και την ακεραιότητα αυτής της μηχανής κρατήσεων.

Η παράλειψή μας να επιβάλουμε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή ή για οποιοδήποτε χρονικό διάστημα κάποιον ή περισσότερους από τους Όρους Χρήσης δεν θα αποτελεί παραίτηση από αυτά τα δικαιώματα που σχετίζονται με κανένα από αυτά.

8. Τροποποίηση των Όρων Χρήσης

Το www.trippy.gr διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αλλάξει τους Όρους Χρήσης και τα περιεχόμενα αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης για οποιοδήποτε λόγο και χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση και χωρίς ευθύνη σε εσάς, σε οποιονδήποτε άλλο χρήστη ή σε τρίτο. Αυτό το δικαίωμα δεν θα επηρεάσει τους Όρους Χρήσης που έγιναν αποδεκτοί από εσάς, τον χρήστη, κατά την πραγματοποίηση νόμιμης κράτησης ή αγοράς χρησιμοποιώντας αυτή τη μηχανή κράτησης. Θα πρέπει να ελέγχετε τους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης για τυχόν αλλαγές κάθε φορά που έχετε πρόσβαση στη μηχανή κράτησης.

9. Γενικοί Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις

Με τη χρήση αυτής της μηχανής κρατήσεων επιβεβαιώνετε ότι έχετε επαρκή νόμιμη ηλικία για να χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτήν τη μηχανή κράτησης και να δημιουργήσετε δεσμευτικές νομικές υποχρεώσεις για οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη ενδέχεται να υποστείτε ως αποτέλεσμα της χρήσης αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης. Κατά τη χρήση αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης καταλαβαίνετε ότι είστε υπεύθυνος, οικονομικά και με άλλο τρόπο, για όλες τις χρήσεις αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης από εσάς και εκείνους που χρησιμοποιούν τα στοιχεία σύνδεσής σας. Το www.trippy.gr συνιστά να προστατεύσετε τα στοιχεία σύνδεσής σας.

Ως προϋπόθεση για τη χρήση αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης, μπορείτε να πάρετε στο www.trippy.gr ότι δεν θα χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτήν τη μηχανή κράτησης για σκοπούς που είναι παράνομοι ή απαγορευμένοι από τους Όρους Χρήσης ή αντίθετοι με τους Όρους Χρήσης.

Η παρούσα συμφωνία διέπεται από και ερμηνεύεται από την ελληνική νομοθεσία. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά, αμφισβήτηση ή αξίωση που απορρέει από ή σε σχέση με την παρούσα Σύμβαση, συμπεριλαμβανομένων, ενδεικτικά, της παραβίασης, τερματισμού ή ακυρότητας αυτής, θα διευθετηθεί στα δικαστήρια της Ελλάδας, Αθήνα. Η γλώσσα που χρησιμοποιείται στη διαδικασία είναι η αγγλική. Η χρήση αυτής της μηχανής κρατήσεων είναι μη εξουσιοδοτημένη σε οποιαδήποτε δικαιοδοσία που δεν εφαρμόζει όλες τις διατάξεις των Όρων Χρήσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης χωρίς περιορισμούς αυτής της παραγράφου. Συμφωνείτε ότι δεν υπάρχει σχέση σχέσης, συνεργασίας, απασχόλησης ή σχέσης αντιπροσωπείας μεταξύ σας και του www.trippy.gr ως αποτέλεσμα των Όρων Χρήσης ή της χρήσης αυτής της μηχανής κράτησης. Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
